Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) is the internal management consulting group for Liberty Mutual Insurance. We serve as trusted, strategic advisers to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, and drive transformational change by taking an enterprise-wide, customer-centric perspective. We develop future leaders of the company by creating an environment that fosters intellectual curiosity, professional development, and personal fulfillment.

Liberty Mutual's Corporate Strategy & Research team earned the Association of Internal Management Consultants (AIMC)’s 2023 Internal Consulting Overall Excellence Award for the second time in four years. This group was recognized for its superior performance in both operating model excellence and delivering significant and impactful consulting outcomes across the enterprise.

Members of CS&R regularly take the opportunity to connect with alumni who have moved on to work in other parts of Liberty Mutual. Alumni lunches are a fun way to break up the day, network and learn about the career paths of former group members.
