    For any after hour facility related emergencies contact 206-473-5500 which is the Liberty Mutual Security Desk (located on the 4th floor). Any medical or security emergencies should be directed to 911. 

  • Office Access

    The facility is accessible 24x7.  Additional access is provided to resident business  suites through the issuance of ID Badges.

    Workplace Services available:  

    • Mon – Fri  from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • The Property Management office is closed for all major federal holidays 
  • Building hours and access

    The building is equipped with badge readers at each entry point on tenant floors. An access card is required to enter any part the building 24/7.  (5th floor lobby is open to the public 24/7/365)

    All tenants can access the building via any of the garage entrances. Once in the garage, elevators are located in the center can be utilized to enter the building.  

  • Parking

    Overview - The building underground parking garage entrance is between 3rd and 4th Avenues on Madison Street, which is a one-way heading west. The clearance height is six feet.  The garage is made available by the property owner to the public for daily parking from Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.  Hourly rates are posted at the garage.

    All parking is at your own risk and it is the tenant’s responsibility to carry the proper insurance coverage against theft or damage.

  • Submit building requests

    Maintaining a clean, safe and attractive building for all our tenants is of utmost priority. All repairs should be coordinated through the Property Management Office.  

    If you notice any area that requires maintenance attention. Please notify the Property Management Office. Your appointed suite representative has login information for the work order system and can access the portal via the following link.
