Property Management Office
The Property Management office is located at 7900 Windrose Ave Plano, TX 75034, West Tower, Floor 09. During regular business hours please email PlanoFacilities@libertymutual.com.
For any after hour facility related emergencies contact (866) 564-3621. Any medical or security emergencies should be directed to 911.

Building hours and access
The building is equipped with badge readers at each entry point, including the garage. An access card is required to enter the building 24/7.
Regular Building hours:
- Monday through Friday 6:00am – midnight CST
- Saturday and Sunday 6:00am – 7:00pm CST
All tenants can access the building via any of the garage entrances. Once in the garage, elevators are located in the center or on the corner of Windrose Ave. and Headquarters; either can be utilized to enter the building.
Visitor Access: Visitors can access the garage and the building utilizing both entrances located on Windrose Ave. Upon entry to the building, all visitors are required to check in at the first-floor Security desk; a photo ID is required for check-in. Additionally, visitors will need to register through the Landlord’s visitor management system. Visitors will be provided with a temporary sicker visitor badge for Liberty Mutual. Once the visitor(s) is checked-in, the tenant host will receive an email from the visitor management system
Visitor Pre-registration: Pre-registering guests in Landlord’s visitor management system is an excellent way of expediting building access for visitors. Using the visitor management system, any tenant may pre-register guest visits with building security. Once pre-registered, guests can simply check in at the lobby security desk. Tenants of the building may register for access to the visitor management system through Planosecurity@libertymutual.com
Forgot Access Badges: Please utilize the garage entrances located on Windrose Ave to temporarily use visitor parking and access the building’s main first-floor lobby. Share your photo ID with building Security located in the lobby and explain your situation. Upon validating your building credentials, they will register you as a tenant visitor and provide building access and additional instructions.
Lost Access Badges: Lost building access badge should be immediately reported to security at Planosecurity@libertymutual.com or (469) 808-8700

Parking
A complimentary covered parking garage is available to all tenants. Parking spaces are available on floors 1-7 on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking garage can be accessed from any of the three street entrances shown below.
- Windrose Ave. - One tenant entrance | accessible 24/7
- Columbus Ave. - Two tenant entrances | accessible 7 days a week 6 a.m. – midnight
- Dallas North Tollway - Two tenant entrances | accessible 7 days a week 6 a.m. - midnight
The parking garage is gate arm controlled and monitored 24/7 via the Landlord’s security system and onsite building security staff. An access badge is required to access the garage.
All parking is at your own risk and it is the tenant’s responsibility to carry the proper insurance coverage against theft or damage.
Visitor Parking:
Visitor parking is made available on the first floor of the garage. All visitors can enter the garage from the Windrose Ave. entrances and park in the visitor parking, prior to the access-controlled gates. Parking is first come, first serve. All parking policies for tenant employees should be upheld by tenant guests.Low Emission Vehicle (LEV):
LEV spots, recognized by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program are located throughout the garage; floors 1-7.Electric Vehicle Workplace Charging Stations:
ChargePoint EV Charging Stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are 3 charging stations, each equipped with 2 charging ports, located on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. Vehicle owners must Register for Workplace Charging prior to accessing the charging stations effective May 1, 2025, and sign up for a free ChargePoint account to use the Charging Stations. Visit https://www.chargepoint.com/drivers/or download the mobile app before connecting. Through negotiated energy rates and hardware costs, Liberty Mutual uses a flat kWh rate of $0.03/kWh which is applied throughout the entire charging experience. Once your vehicle is fully charged, you are required to move it from the designated EV parking space. If the vehicle is not moved within 60 minutes of being fully changed, you will be charged an idle fee of $4 per hour. The idle fee is prorated by the minute until the vehicle is unplugged.Oversized parking
Employees with vehicles that cannot be accommodated within the 7'-0" high general parking on floors 2-7 should park on floor 1. Vehicles exceeding 9'-6" in height should call upon public parking in the surrounding area. Employees are required to register their vehicles here.Rideshare Parking
Rideshare parking is available to registered tenants who carpool to the office together. Rideshare Parking is located in the High Occupancy Vehicle Parking area. Registered patrons will receive a parking hang tag to display when parking in an HOV parking space. Complete a Rideshare Parking Application to be eligible for Rideshare parking.Overnight parking
Overnight parking in the parking garage is acceptable for private passenger vehicles for up to one week. Recreational (e.g., trailers, campers, boats, etc.) and commercial vehicles should not be left overnight. If the vehicle owner anticipates having to leave your personal vehicle in the parking garage for more than seven days, they need to send the request to PlanoSecurity@libertymutual.comAll parking is at your own risk, and it is the tenant’s responsibility to carry the proper insurance coverage against theft or damage.

Amenities
Locker rooms and showers:
Locker rooms and showers are available to tenants on the first floor behind the main entrance lobby. The lockers are available for day use only and can be secured with a personal lock. Locks are not to be left on lockers overnight, items left overnight in lockers are subject for disposal and locks being destroyed. Landlord is not responsible for missing or stolen items left in lockers.
The following items are provided for all locker room and shower users: bath towel service, bath soap dispensers with soap in each shower and hairdryer.
Bicycle storage:
Bike racks are available in a secured, video-monitored room on the first floor of the Liberty Mutual parking garage. This room is outfitted with day use lockers for cyclists and lockers can be secured with a personal lock. This room is accessible through any parking garage entrance. Bicycles are not permitted within the building. Cyclists are required to submit the secure bike storage room access form. See your appointed suite representative for additional information.
South Conference Center:
The Conference Center’s intended purpose is to provide a shared space for all tenants to hold short term meetings. Conference rooms are available for conducting tenant business only.

Service Animals in the Workplace
Before bringing a service animal to the workplace, it is necessary to submit a request for approval. See below for instructions on how to submit a request:
Submit a Building Request through Liberty Mutual’s Property Management Request Systems to receive approval. See your appointed suite representative for submissions to the Property Management request portal.
All requests must be submitted and approved before the service animal is allowed onto Liberty Mutual premises.
Advise your employees, guests, and visitors that service animals must be licensed and have received all necessary vaccinations. Proof may be requested.
