Property Management
Property Management Office
The Property Management office is located at 150 Liberty Way, Dover, NH 03820.
For any after hour facility related emergencies contact Security at (603) 749-2600 x4537800. Any medical or security emergencies should be directed to 911.Office Hours :
- Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST
- The Property Management office is closed for all major federal holidays

Building hours and access
The building is equipped with badge readers at each entry point. An access card is required to enter the building 24/7.
Visitor Access:
Visitors can access the building utilizing the main front entrance. Upon entry of the building, all visitors are required to check in at the Security desk; photo ID is required for check-in. Visitors will be provided with a temporary visitor badge. All badges must be returned at the end of their visit. The host is required to greet and escort their visitor into and throughout the building.

Parking
Free parking is available throughout the parking lot. All parking is at your own risk, and it is the tenant’s responsibility to carry the proper insurance coverage against theft or damage.
Visitor Parking:
The designated visitor parking areas are intended for non-employees.
Accessible Parking:
All vehicles that display a State issued accessible ADA license plate or placard may park in any space marked with the international ADA symbol.
General Parking:
All other unmarked parking spaces around the building are available for employee and general parking.
Overnight Parking:
Employee overnight parking in the parking lot is acceptable for private passenger vehicles for up to one week. Recreational (e.g., trailers, campers, boats, etc.) and commercial vehicles (e.g., vehicles used for commercial non-Liberty use), should not be left overnight. If you anticipate having to leave your personal vehicle in the parking lot for greater than seven days, please contact onsite Security.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Parking
There are two designated EV charging spaces located in the parking lot that are available for use with a ChargePoint account. If you do not have a ChargePoint account, you can sign up here. Please limit sessions to four hours.
If you have any issues charging at a station, call the toll-free number on the station (888) 758-4389 and a ChargePoint support professional will help you immediately. ChargePoint support is available 24/7.

Amenities
Locker rooms and showers:
Locker rooms and showers are available to employees on the lower level. Take the south building stairs or elevator to the lower level and look for the locker room signs.
- Lockers are offered on a first come, first served basis.
- Employees will need to provide their own locks to secure lockers.
- Lockers are for day use only.
- Locks are encouraged for security but are not to remain on lockers overnight.
- Locks that remain overnight will be removed and locker contents will be placed in Lost and Found.
- Items left in the locker room are brought to Lost and Found (Front Lobby Security Desk) daily and retained for one month. Any items not claimed after one month will be disposed of.
- Employees are responsible for providing their own towels and personal products.
Bicycle storage:Bike racks are available in 2 different outside locations, see map. Each rack accommodates 18 bicycles, and one rack is equipped with an air pump and quick-change station.
PatioThe patio is accessible from the Main Lobby Employee entrance or through the cafeteria. Tables and chairs are available to all employees.
Walking Trails
Sidewalks and walking trails are available for pedestrian use across the entire Dover Campus. We encourage employees to use sidewalks when walking so that they are not in the parking/traffic areas.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive building for all our tenants is of utmost priority. All repairs should be coordinated through the Property Management Office.
