Liberty Mutual is pleased to announce three senior appointments to its Commercial Insurance operating unit.
Mike Fallon is appointed president, National Insurance, which helps large and specialized businesses solve complex risk management challenges. Steve McAnena is appointed president, Business Insurance, which serves small and mid-size accounts. Tracy Ryan is appointed chief claims officer.

Fallon joined Liberty Mutual in 1993 and, most recently, served as chief financial officer, Commercial Insurance. His in-depth understanding of Commercial Insurance’s business and market dynamics will help him drive mutual success for National Insurance and its business partners and customers.
McAnena joined Liberty Mutual in 1993 and, most recently, served as president, Liberty Mutual Benefits (LMB). Steve’s leadership experience in LMB, combined with his diverse experience and track record in product and distribution, will help Business Insurance continue to cultivate already strong relationships with independent agents and brokers.
Ryan joined Liberty Mutual in 1994 and, most recently, served as chief product officer, Commercial Insurance. Her extensive knowledge of Commercial Insurance’s market will help the organization continue to meet the needs of business partners, while driving excellence in outcomes and claims service for customers.
