Wins 2014 Applied Client Network Ease of Doing Business – Gold Award

​​​September 25, 2014 - Liberty Mutual Insurance has been recognized by insurance software user group Applied Client Network for its continuing efforts to advance agency-carrier technology and interfaces through innovation. The company received the Ease of Doing Business – Gold Award as voted on by member agents with the Applied Client Network.

“We recognize the special efforts made by our carrier partners every year to improve efficiencies and interface technology so that agents and brokers can maintain current and accurate data in agency management systems without the need for repetitive data entry,” said Bonnie Two Bears, Chair, Applied Client Network Industry Solutions Committee. “None of us on the committee was surprised by the number of times that Liberty Mutual was named as outstanding carrier and at the top of the list for achievements in Download and Real-Time, as well as their overall dedication to its agency force.”

Ms. Tracye McCarthy, a business analyst with Liberty Mutual’s Agency Automation – Customer Experience unit, accepted the award on behalf of the company at the recent Applied Client Network Conference.

“We greatly appreciate this recognition from Applied’s affiliated agents. Our continuing efforts to improve commercial lines Download and Real-Time solutions are paying off with a steady increase in new agencies adopting these automated solutions month over month,” said McCarthy. “Going into 2015 we’ll continue to make investments in Real-Time quoting and electronic policy delivery for our agents.”
