Liberty Mutual Insurance is here for our customers, helping them recover from the wildfires in California. The safety of our customers and employees is our first concern.

As the nation’s third-largest home insurer and fourth-largest commercial insurer, we must be at the ready with our resources to quickly respond to our customers’ needs at a devastating time – with increased claims support, a deep roster of talented and dedicated adjusters, and the financial strength to make our customers whole again as quickly as possible.
We have nearly 100 property and auto claims experts on the ground helping our Liberty Mutual and Safeco home and auto customers impacted by these wildfires, with another 600 specialists on the phone dedicated to facilitating claims reporting, assigning resources, and even issuing immediate payments.  Our mobile claims unit in Finley Park in Santa Rosa is assisting customers daily from 8 am to 6 pm, and claims representatives are also located at the Press Democrat building in Santa Rosa from 9 am to 7 pm.  A third location is being established Tuesday in Napa.
Our commercial insurance catastrophe claims teams are also on the ground in California to help business owners facing a range of losses from the wildfires. Our teams are working with agents, brokers and policyholders to quickly and safety adjust claims to help companies start the recovery process.
To help ensure public safety, individuals in impacted areas should comply with directives from local, state and federal authorities.
Liberty Mutual personal lines policyholders can file claims by calling 1-800-2-CLAIMS (1-800-225-2467), online at LibertyMutual.com/claims, or through the Liberty Mutual Mobile App.  Safeco Insurance customers can call 1-800-322-3226.  Liberty Mutual commercial insurance policyholders can call 1-800-362-0000.
